The South Beach Resort & Vacation Club is an elegantly designed, fully equipped, air-conditioned all-suite resort located 40 yards from one of the most beautiful beaches on Barbados, Accra Beach. A streetside terrace with an expansive sundeck contains a 110-by-12-foot, three-section rectangular pool comprising a 60-foot lap-swimming section in the middle, a plunge section at one end, and a children's section at the other. The resort's sleek restaurant and poolside bar offer contemporary cuisine. The resort primarily attracts adults, although children are welcome. Guests find a tranquil, contemporary, condominium-style ambience and can cook in their kitchens or dine casually at a poolside bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. The neighborhood contains small shops, restaurants, and open-air bars and dining spots.

Mosaic - Air-conditioned restaurant with blue-and-white walls, tan-marble floor, sheer blue curtains, white table linens, high-backed cushioned chairs. American/English breakfast menu with Bajan touches such as fried flying fish. Lunch menu choices include fajitas, ribs, steak, pepperpot, Thai shrimp, smoked baby squid, grilled lobster, mussels in garlic-flavored beer, and striploin steak with red-onion crust. Dinner menu includes smoked duck breast, onion-goat cheese pizza, chilled cucumber soup with creme de menthe, lobster-shrimp thermador, and Sichuan-seasoned yellowfin tuna with fried polenta.
Mosaic Bar - Open-air poolside bar under blue awning serving tropical drinks and food such as wild-mushroom burger, curried chicken roti, skewered flying fish with green-apple salsa, pita-bread pizza, smoked mahi mahi, chicken breast, steak, and pork chop. Open for lunch and dinner.

49 guest studios and suites in a five-story white building. Rooms with ground-floor terraces provide glimpses of the Caribbean along a public-park beach across the street, or upper-floor balconies provide limited views of the sea. Studios contain kitchenettes and suites contain kitchens, all fully equipped for cooking and serving meals. Ceiling fans and air conditioning provide cooling alternatives. Telephone data ports offer dial-up Internet access, with wireless access (surcharge) also available. All-white rooms have contemporary-tropical decor, including tile floors with woven area rugs, sand-colored rattan and wicker furniture, artificial plants, and blue-and-white tile bathrooms with pedestal sinks, jetted tub/shower combinations, and bathrobes. VCRs and televisions offering U.S. cable channels supply entertainment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building and permitted only outdoors.


Located on the South Coast of the island in the parish of Christ Church. Located directly opposite one of the most popular beaches, Accra Beach, and in the center of all south coast activity. Traveling to and from the airport takes approximately 15 minutes and visiting the capital Bridgetown is only a 10 minute journey.
