Dining:

El Cayuco - Located under a huge palapa, this open-air restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. Dinner themes include barbecue night and Dominican night, featuring local favorites. All meals provide international choices such as steak, roast chicken, pasta, and Caribbean-accented seafood, as well as cooked-to-order items and extensive salad, fruit, and dessert bars.
Santa Fe Grill - A Tex-Mex a la carte restaurant featuring choices such as salmon with tequila sauce, beef with coriander sauce, and seafood enchiladas. Reservations required.
Rigoletto Pasta Club - A tastefully decorated a la carte restaurant that offers International pasta specialties.
Mangos - 24 hour snack bar serving barbecue, pizza, and other casual meals.
La Guama Bar - Offering palapa-covered outside seating and including restaurant service.
Tubano Bar - Offering karaoke after dark and tropical drinks day and night, this casual spot caters to the lively set.
La Cohoba - Open 24 hours for drinks and gaming machines, this air-conditioned place becomes a disco at night and offers sports bar television and pool tables around the clock.
El Areito Bar - Located in the theater.

Room service is available 24 hours a day (no alcoholic beverages), but is not part of the All-Inclusive Plan.

This hotel features 325 guestrooms, each with a balcony or ground-floor patio. Tropical decor in the rooms includes terra cotta tile floors, sand-colored walls, white ceilings with moldings, and orange and green fabrics. Bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The resort purifies its water but recommends drinking the provided complimentary bottled water.


Mandatory Dinner Supplements not included in rates. 12/24 -$50 per adult, $25 per child. 12/31 - $55 per adult, $25 per child. If your stay crosses either of these dates, your credit card will be charged this additional amount. Located less than 20 minutes from the International Airport and about an hour from Santiago de los Caballeros.
