Dinner menu featuring choices such as conch wrapped in apple bacon, shrimp in tropical-fruit salsa, lobster bisque, crab-stuffed lobster, roasted duck breast with tamarind glaze, rack of lamb, herb-rubbed sirloin steak, and guava-mango mousse trifle. Open for breakfast and dinner.
Dockside Cafe - Beachfront open-air spot with stone walls, white-wood ceiling. A la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Big Al's Beach Bar - Bar section of Dockside Cafe. Tropical drinks until sunset. Crab races weekly.

The resort offers 130 spacious, air-conditioned guestrooms in 2 three-story wings (no elevators) with outside corridors. Patios and balconies provide closeup Caribbean Sea views. Brightly colored bedspreads, turquoise accent drapes, and natural rattan furniture contrast with all-white interiors that include built-in desks, chests, and closets. Floors are barefoot-friendly tile or terrazzo. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, refridgerator, microwave, satellite TV and in-room safe.
