The Princess Heights Condominiums are situated just steps away from Dawn Beach and just around the corner from the Oyster Pond marina. Only one of St. Maarten's 37 beaches, Dawn Beach is known for its splendid snorkeling and body surfing waves. Minutes away on the French side, lie the glistening waters of Orient Beach. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. However, a service delivers meals from more than a dozen restaurants on the Dutch side of the island for a surcharge. A nearby pizza spot will also deliver. There are three restaurants on Dawn Beach, only 300 yards down the hill from the hotel.
