Hybiscus- This open-air dining option serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets with international selections.
La Albufera- This steak house offers an a la carte menu for dinner.
El Romantico- Fronted by a flamingo pond, this a la carte dinner restaurant pleases gourmands with dishes such as lobster in mustard sauce and chanteaubriand. Reservations required. Men are requested to wear long pants and collar shirts.
El Rodizzio- Brazilian-style meats cooked on giant skewers and sliced at table are the attraction at this a la carte dinner house. Men are requested to wear long pants and collar shirts.
Antojitos- This restaurant offers an a la carte dinner menu of Mexican selections. Men are requested to wear long pants and collar shirts.
Chinese Pavillion- Featuring deep red decor, this open-air restaurant serves a la carte Chinese cuisine. Men are requested to wear long pants and collar shirts.
El Marino- Located above La Palapa restaurant, this a la carte restaurant specializes in seafood, with both air-conditioned and terrace seating. Men are requested to wear long pants and collar shirts.
Sakura- Isolated in a lovely building, Sakura offers Japanese teppanyaki dinners, with chefs grilling food to order. Reservations required, with men requested to wear long pants and collar shirts.
Dolce Vita- The resort's Italian restaurant, Dolce Vita serves a la carte dinners with no reservations required or dress code. It's also open for a buffet lunch and features pizza in the afternoons and again from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m.
La Palapa- This casual place offers barbecue buffets for lunch.

*The resort includes seven bars, including one in the casino open until 3 a.m., a swim-up pool bar, and a lobby bar featuring a pianist in the evenings. All bars offer French, Spanish, and Chilean sparkling wines, imported beers, and both Dominican and premium imported liquor.

Room service runs 24 hours as part of the All-Inclusive Plan.

500 beautifully appointed suites all of which have a private bath, mini bar and an array of modern amenities. These recently refurbished suites also have a furnished terrace with sunshades.
