Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the all-inclusive package at this resort, and guests can eat at their home resort with its five separate dining options or in the Palace's sister hotels. Within the complex, there are a total of 13 restaurants and grills from which to choose, including a Mexican restaurant, an Italian eatery, and one restaurant serving Dominican cuisine. There are also 18 bars, 3 discos and a casino within the complex.

A wide array of palate-pleasing cuisine is offered in a variety of settings, from formal dining rooms to casual beachside stands (and, yes, lobster is included). There are additional gourmet French and Spanish restaurants as well, which are not included in the all-inclusive price.
