The spectacular Moon Palace is located 5 miles south of the airport on Cancun's tranquil south shore. Nestled between pristine 1,975 ft. white sand beach and 123 acres of tropical foliage, the Moon Palace offers 2031 air-conditioned rooms, 10 buffet and a la carte restaurants, 7 bars including swim up bars, 2 oversized free style pools; indoor pool, 6 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 fitness centers, miniature golf, kids club, 1 Discotheque, daily activity program and theme nights. Transportation to Cancun hotel zone runs five times a day.

The resort has a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course on premises and a brand new full-service spa. Lagoon-style pools in each section are among the largest in all Latin America. Lounge chairs, thatched-roof palapas, and palm trees surround each pool and there are even more lounges and palapas on the long, deep beach. Snorkeling enthusiasts can book excursions to the immense reef offshore.
As part of the All-Inclusive Plan, guests are entitled to use pools, beaches, and dine and drink in the restaurants and bars at all six Palace Resorts and the Riviera Maya. Transportation is complimentary to the Beach Palace. Like all major Cancun hotels, the Moon Palace Golf Resort is equipped with a water-purification system.

Arrecifes - Around an indoor swimming pool, Arrecifes serves international breakfast and lunch buffets and features an a la carte or buffet dinner.
Los Caporales - This Spanish restaurant serves a breakfast and lunch buffet. Dinners are a la carte.
Palapa Delfines - This open-air bar by the pool features light foods during the day and mixed grill fare in the evening.
Palapa Pelicanos - Also located by the pool, this spot serves light foods during the day. The dinner menu features grilled and barbeque specialties.
La Jungla Sports Bar - In addition to televisions, this lively spot features regional Mexican beers.
North (Sunrise) Section:
Bugambilias - This restaurant serves international breakfast and lunch buffets and features a la carte Mexican specialties at dinner.
La Gondola - Around an indoor swimming pool, this restaurant serves an international breakfast buffet and features a la carte Italian specialties at dinner.
Momonohana - This Asian restaurant serves a la carte breakfasts and dinner.
Palapa Barracuda - This open-air spot between the beach and the pool serves a la carte breakfasts, lunch buffets, and a la carte dinners featuring Cajun specialties.
Palapa Fragata - Also located between the beach and the pool, this open-air bar features a lunch buffet and mixed grill fare in the evening.
Each section's lobby contains a bar/lounge serving tropical drinks, Continental breakfasts, and hot and cold appetizers later in the day.
Moon Palace has every type of food you can think of prepared by world-class chefs. Food choices include italian, mexican, seafood, steak, bar & grill, and snack bars.
