Grand Oasis Hotel resembles a Mayan pyramid, with contemporary features such as a flat glass roof. Inside, slanting walls and tall arches come together above a multi-story garden courtyard. The unique free flowing design of the swiming pool, over 490 yards in length, includes 3 swim-up bars and meanders along spacious gardens, solariums and recreational areas. Dining:

Careyes - Fine dining, air-conditioned Mexican restaurant with Mayan-style artifacts, yellow and blue walls, carpet. Lounge with leather seating, dance floor. Live music nightly. Open for dinner only. Reservations required. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts, close-toe shoes (no sneakers) for men. Children under age 13 not permitted. (All Inclusive guests permitted one lobster dinner here per stay.)
La Galera - White-linen service in open-air thatch-roof palapa with colorful Mexican decor. A la carte service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mediterranean cuisine, including pasta, pizza, seafood for lunch and for dinner, choices such as beef tenderloin in mushroom sauce, prime rib.
Dos Lunas Mediterranean Restaurant - An exclusive Oasis Grand restaurant.

The hotel has a wide variety of bars three of which are swim up in the pool and several restaurants, Cocoa Beach and the Ibiza (with Oasis Cancun included) offering a wide range of Mexican and International cuisines to choose from. On February 9th, there will be a new Asian Restaurant & Bar serving Thai Fusion cuisine. There are 4 restaurants and 5 bars in total.

The hotel offers 288 air-conditioned guestrooms in a six-story building shaped like a Mayan pyramid (elevators) and on the fourth floor of a five-story beachfront building (no elevators). Rooms feature ground-floor terraces or upper-floor balconies furnished with chairs and cocktail tables. Views include the Caribbean Sea, Nichupte Lagoon between Cancun Island and the mainland, or expansive gardens.
