Resort Information
A wide white sandy beach supplies fun-in-the-sun at this south coast resort near the village of Bayahibe. From stylish rooms, guests stroll to five restaurants, a huge pool, a disco/sports bar, kids and teens clubs, and a health spa. Saona island, a famous golf course, and the city of La Romana offer excursion opportunities.
Canoa Coral By Hilton offers a wide range of activities. Pool and beach aerobics, Spanish lessons, ice-cream parties, tropical-dance classes, water-sports clinics, and many recreation facilities entertain guests when they're not sunning around the pool or on the beach. Containing an island and a swim-up bar, the huge, lagoon-style pool and surrounding sundeck furnish swimming and sunning alternatives to the beach, which extends deep into the resort's grounds and includes volleyball and basketball courts. Both pool deck and beach offer thatch-roof palapas for shade amid palm trees ruffled by gentle breezes.
The resort purifies water but recommends drinking the provided complimentary bottled water.
