Caribe Hilton San Juan

The Caribe Hilton is a beachfront resort with 17 acres of lush tropical gardens located between historic Old San Juan and the exciting Condado area. This family-friendly hotel is situated on a private peninsula near the Business and Financial Districts as well as near shopping malls and an array of restaurants.

The resort features a 12,000-square-foot health and beauty spa with an outdoor spa-cuisine cafe, a spiral-shaped spa in an outdoor courtyard, and large men's and women's saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation lounges. Lunch and dinner menu featuring Spanish and Puerto Rican hot and cold tapas and main courses such as paella, Galician seafood stew, swordfish in lemon sauce, chicken in garlic sauce, fried red snapper, and shrimp mofongo. Piano music on some evenings.
Morton's of Chicago- Branch of famous steak house chain featuring prime-grade beef. Open for dinner.
Rotisserie Il Giardino- Air-conditioned dining room with high, skylighted dome ceiling and an adjacent low-ceiling, wood-paneled bar. Lunch and dinner menu featuring Northern Italian cuisine.
Palmeras- Multi-level dining room with pool and oceanviews. Semi-circular booths, yellow-and-white linens. Buffet and a la carte breakfasts and lunches and an a la carte dinner menu. Seafood buffet on Friday nights and Sunday brunch are also available.
Olas Cafe- Spa-cuisine open-air cafe with counter and courtyard seating. All-day menu including omelets, salads, sandwiches, wraps, juices, and main courses such as crab cakes, vegetarian paella, and ginger chicken.
