Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, a gorgeous beachfront property, is isolated from neighboring hotels, has seven pools, interlocking and ending with an infinity pool. The beach has calm water for paddling and snorkeling.

Between the long, deep beach and the enormous pool complex, guests enjoy unfettered access to sun and water while relaxing on lounge chairs or under the shade of thatch-roof palapas and coconut trees. The immense pool complex consists of 12 acres of blue water, green lawns and palm trees, padded lounge chairs, palapas, and white sundecks terraced down to the sea. Two large, half-moon jet spas and seven heated pools, some shallow, some deep interlock, terminating in an infinity pool that seems at one with the sea.

The main building, inspired by Mayan architecture, includes a shopping arcade and a complimentary fitness center. Adjacent to the fitness center is a children's playroom, a barber/beauty shop, a doctor's office (24-hour, on-call service), and bicycle rental. A business center rents out cellular telephones and computers and provides Internet access. For children there are supervised activities at the Kids Club. Like all major Cancun hotels, the Hilton is equipped with a water-purification system. It serves as the only resort in Cancun to offer both golf and spa facilities on site. With the addition of a state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot Wellness Spa, which opened in January, visitors to the resort can bask in the ultimate pampering and beauty treatments.

Dining:

Mitachi - This airy, two-level ocean-view restaurant serves Japanese-accented local seafood in a setting of relaxed elegance. The restaurant offers beachside dining for lunch and dinner. Featuring a sushi bar, a Saturday dinner buffet, and a Sunday lunch buffet.
Pizza & Pasta - Overlooking the large pool complex, this intimate spot features an antipasto bar and pizzas and pastas in a setting of Tuscan-yellow walls, black ceilings, and black and white table linens.
Spices - At breakfast, Spices combines with the adjacent Pizza & Pasta to serve a bountiful buffet as well as a la carte choices. For lunch and dinner, a colorful taco bar is set up.
El Kiosko - This open-air spot serves salads, sandwiches, light lunches, and tropical drinks near the pool complex.
Hoyo 19 - Located at the Golf Club, offering snacks, domestic and international cocktails.
Pool Bar - Situated within the pool complex, this bar has swim-up sections and a full selection of beverages and tropical drinks.
Lobby Bar - This bar serves guests in the atrium lobby, offering plush seating as well as stools at the bar.
Galileo - Live music and karaoke make this a convivial spot in the evening.
