Chelonia Restaurant - Open-air, all-day restaurant with marble floor, plants, whitewashed latticework pine ceilings. Seating also at umbrella tables on outside deck. Buffet breakfast. Lunch service in winter season from ? la carte menu. Fixed-menu service for dinner, with starter choices such as garlic-roasted tomatoes, barbecue chicken and main courses such as peppered mahi mahi, poached mussels and shrimp, coffee-crusted roast beef, vegetable curry. Asian buffet Monday nights. Bajan (Barbadian) buffet Wednesday nights. Dinner dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men.
Waterfront Bar & Restaurant- Casual, open-air, wood-floor spot with whitewashed latticework pine ceilings, rattan seating. Buffet lunches in winter season, ? la carte service in off-season. Afternoon tea. ? la carte dinner menu featuring seafood and Bajan (Barbadian) specialties such as curried lamb, callaloo soup, pudding n' souse, flying fish, conch fritters.
Asiagos - Striped-canopy ceiling, walls of louvered wood shutters. Linen-service. ? la carte Italian menu. Starters include shrimp, calamari, and risotto. Salads such as pear/arugula/gorgonzola, buffalo mozzarella and tomato. Main courses including pasta, chicken, fish, steak, rack of lamb. Reservations required. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men.
Room Information
166 guest suites in four four-story sand-colored, wood-shingle buildings with elevators. Suites feature large patios or balconies with two-chair dining sets. Decor includes white-washed pine trim, crown molding, pale tile floors, rattan furniture with pastel cushions, and white sheer curtains. Rooms are cooled by air conditioning and/or ceiling fans.
