Hemingway's - Casual, open-air, beachfront spot popular with residents as well as resort guests. Seating under wood roof, on patio, and at umbrella tables on wood deck with sweeping ocean and sunset views. Tiki torches and oil lanterns at night. Live music Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Caribbean barbecue Tuesday evenings.
Breakfasts feature eggs Benedict, Cuban-style huevos rancheros, and toasted-almond pancakes. Lunches feature conch dishes (chowder, salad, fritters), salads such as mango shrimp, fish & chips, burgers, fried ice cream. Dinners feature grilled lobster, crab cakes, rack of lamb, steaks, pasta, and tortilla-wrapped Peking duck.

118 suites in six, three story buildings embraced by lush tropical landscaping. Buildings are colored pale yellow with green-shingled roofs and balcony railings. All buildings face a large central garden courtyard and/or the Atlantic Ocean.
