Dining:

Juanito's - New signature restaurant is named for the Spanish explorer who discovered Bermuda in 1505 and the ambiance echoes that of a Castilian colonial dining room. The service here is strictly formal and the food, strictly outstanding. Serving buffet breakfast from 8-10am, continental breakfast from 10-10:30am, afternoon tea from 4-5pm and dinner from 7-9pm. Reservations required for dinner.
Tamaras Terrace- Antique balustrades enhance the Mediterranean style of Tamaras restaurant which overlooks the Sea. Lunch is served on the cool terrace and light snacks and tea are also available in the afternoon. Lunch served from noon through 2:30. Snacks available from 2:30-4pm.
La Vista Bar - Located conveniently next to the lobby and overlooking the ocean, La Vista Bar is open daily from 11am through 1am. Relax in the antique rattan chairs and enjoy a cool tropical drink from the extensive drink list. Open daily from 11am through 1am.
Ricky's Beach Bar & Grill - The rustic designs of this seaside beach bar imitates the architectural styles unique to Bermuda. It will provide a casual atmosphere for guests to enjoy foods hot off the grill.

67 rooms. Both the rooms' fabric designs and wicker furniture were custom made to reflect the traditional pastel colors found throughout Bermuda's culture and in each room there are original paintings with images of the laid back life that is led here.
