Allamanda Beach Hotel

Located directly on rocky shoreline 4 km (2.5 miles) south of Bridgetown, this hotel is set on the south coast of Barbados. Built around a pool terrace, the U-shaped complex overlooks the sea, and a wooden boardwalk stretches the length of the property. Some of the island's best swimming is at world-famous Rockley Beach, a four-minute stroll away. Although the Allamanda Beach Hotel is ocean front, the beach is very small. However, there is a great beach deck with lounge chairs where you can simply kick back and listen to the sounds of the ocean. The popular Rockley Beach (known to the locals as Accra Beach) is within easy walking distance.

Near to restaurants, nightclubs, entertainment activities and banks, the hotel is directly opposite Hastings Plaza where you'll find duty free shopping. Some of the island's best swimming is at the world famous Rockley Beach, which is just a four-minute stroll from Allamanda.
