Dining:

Cariblue Restaurant - Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style. A La Carte dinner is offered six evenings per week.
TAO - The award winning TAO restaurant offers a fusion of East and West Cuisine with authentic oriental flavours and Western influences.
The Deli - Gourmet sandwiches, specialty salads, fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
The ClubHouse - Afternoon tea is served daily from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with sandwiches and tempting sweets. The ClubHouse Barbecue is available six nights per week with grilled meats and fish.

Each of the spacious 154 guestrooms offer only the finest of amenities. Air-conditioned guestrooms feature four-poster beds and a view of the garden or ocean. Furnished balcony or terrace with two chairs and a table. Rattan chairs and writing desk. Marble floor. Walls decorated with rare hummingbird prints. Compact refrigerator.

Free Weddings-Weddings are Free all year round with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Included in the wedding program is the: Marriage License, Legal Fees, Registar's Fee, Sparkling Wine Reception, Services of Witnesses(if required), Decorated Wedding Arch/Table, Special Table at Dinner for Wedding Party. Not included in the cost, but available are photographic services, both still and video, music, flowers and wedding cakes. A list of optional extras is available upon request.
