Rental water-sports gear is available along the beach. Snorkeling, scuba diving, and sailing excursions and cruises leave from the beach. Beach Bar and Grille - Open-air, weathered-wood spot between pool and beach. All-day menu of burgers, sandwiches, pizza, salads, satés and tropical drinks. Live entertainment most evenings.
Mira Solo Bar - Open-air sea-view pavilion with high, pyramid-shape ceiling of cushioned teak. Bar and terrace seating adjacent to flowing freshwater fish lagoon, gardens.

358 guestrooms and suites in three towers of four, six, and eight stories. Rooms and suites provide a tropical ambience of pale-yellow walls, white ceilings, crown molding, brightly colored prints, marble entries, and carpets. Each includes a beaded lampshade above a dining table. Tropical wood furniture and trim include mahogany-and-wicker beds, armoires, and chairs with pull-out footstools. Beds feature two tall posts at their heads and two short posts at their feet, all elaborately carved. Televisions show U.S. cable channels. All rooms and suites include balconies furnished with teak chairs and cocktail tables and separated from rooms by both sliding glass doors and folding, louvered wood doors that offer privacy and natural cooling as an alternative to rooms' and suites' air conditioning.
