Answer#1: I LOVE to cruise so I would always pick the
cruise. I have been to the Caribbean in Oct. and
also in April. I found the weather to be warmer in
Oct. than in April. I think cruises are the best
value, you get to see manyplaces and don't have to
worry about accomadations. You always know where
you will be sleeping
Answer#2: i would personally choose the cruise. You can see
all the different cultures in the different
countries, and since you're going in feb, you have
no hurricanes or VERY rainy days to worry about.
