Question: Any suggestions for a late May vacation in the Caribbean or Pacific Mexico?

I vacation every year in the Carribbean. So far, I have visited The Grand Caymans, Aruba, Cancun, Cozumel, Roatan, Belize, Isle Mujares, and Bermuda as well as Cabo San Lucus and Acapulco. I like to snorkle, explore, gamble, etc. I'm also a big all inclusive person. I was thinking maybe Mazatlan, Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo.. but it all seems the same as Acapulco.. Anyone got any suggestions? St. Maarten? Atlantis? Thanks~!I have been on a few cruises, but it sucks to be single on a cruise unless it's a singles meet and greet. The stops are great, but being stuck on a ship for 24-48 hours at a time gets old..
