Answer#1: Hello Fon,I was in the US last week and my
cellular provider there said that their Blackberry
would not work with my Caymanian SIM card. This
may not be true with your Blackberry. Honestly, I
do not know. The person who answered before me
was correct in saying that you should check with
your local provider and with, the one I use, Cable
and Wireless. It is a great company! I have used
them for many years. The other company is good
for cable TV.Does your Nokia have a SIM Card? If
your Thai SIM Cards will not work, you may have to
buy a new phone when you get here. You can get a
very basic, yet durable and reliable, phone really
cheap until you decide which is best for you. I
did that years ago and still use that phone.Feel
free to contact me for more information... I don't
want to discuss anything personal on this web
site.Sincere regard to you & P**L,ME!!!
Answer#2: Hello! There are two phone companies in the Cayman
Islands, one is digicel and the other one Cable
& Wireless. Check their web site for more
information about which phone you can use. Also
check with your local company if both your phones
are unblocked to change the network. Hope this
information is useful!
