Answer#1: Verizon Wireless does not currently have a CDMA
roaming agreement in the Caymans. Below is a link
to the International Roaming page with Verizon
that will allow you scan the available countries.
If you happen to be traveling on one of the Royal
Carribean or Carnival cruise ships listed, you
would be able to get service on the open seas for
$2.49 per minute, which is much lower than the
$7-10 the ships charge for their phones.
