Question: I'm taking my daughter on a winter vacation for her birthday, any thoughts on a great island ?
Question Description:
We've been to Punta Cana and would consider going
back, but would like to try someplace new--all
inclusive if possible--no puerto rico, st. thomas,
curaco, cozumel, cancun-been there/done that.Can't
go to Cuba from the US- we would have to fly to
Canada and then down---mucho denero all to get
some weed---she doesn't smoke.

Answer#1: Forget marijuana, that shouldn't be the aspect of
the trip, people. This woman wants to take her
daughter somewhere, as a family thing.***I highly
recommend Barbados. Been there 6 times and
returning. In case you didn't know, it's in the
easternmost Caribbean. The people speak English,
they are also friendly, there are so many things
to do (endless), things to see there (again,
endless), the beaches are soo beautiful, too.

accommodation, try Pegwell Inn Guest House - the
lady is soo accommodating. It's a house of 4
rooms, it's cheapest compared to others I've
contacted. Been there my first time in Barbados.
It's also close to amenities (across the street is
a plaza), and of walking distance, it's to
laundromat, post office, pharmacy, fast food
restaurants, and fish market every Friday in
Oistins). Also, close to beaches, easy to get
around, as there have taxis, route taxis and
public transit buses. Route taxis/public transit
are only $1.50 BDS one way.

Answer#3: Puerto Plata is better now than Punta Cana, bigger
beaches (new) more than 35 different
hotels/resorts of all prices. A lot to discover,
mountains, sea, beaches,town (300.000 souls)bar,

Answer#4: It depends on her age. I would go to Jamaica or
Aruba, been to both. Try the beaches resorts they
are all inclusive and great. also Divi resort in
Aruba. Either are good.
Answer#5: You should try St. Lucia amazing island in the
Caribbean, wonderful beaches,amazing resorts, so
much to see and do.You should stay at Anse
Chastnet Resort .fabulous
Answer#6: aw why not puerto rico? i loved it. u should go
again :-D. I met this guy when i went he says he
went to puerto rico like every year for 10 years
and didn't feel like he saw everything so he moved
there. so go again and if u came in san juan come
from ponce and don't stay in a hotel go to the
country. :-D
