Question: Help choosing a (Caribbean?) island for two single girls!?
Question Description:
My friend and I are trying to pick an island for a
vaca this November; going for middle-of-the-road
expense, some night life, great beaches, maybe
other things to explore. List
includes:BelizeBahamasUS Virgin IslandsPuerto
RicoAnyone had any experiences they'd like to
share? Thanks!

Answer#1: You forgot St. Maarten:)This is a great resort it
is located nearby the capital which is also the
shopping mecca of the leeward islands.The hottest
club on the island; Q Club. And about the beach
Maho Beach is it beautiful. But a must see is
Orient Beach. But let me warn you although the sea
might seem calm it is a part of Mother Nature.
There are strong undercurrents that you should be
aware of at all time, fighting against them
sometimes ends deadly. The famous Sunset beach Bar
which is located believe it or not at the end of
our International Airport is it truly and
experience to be face in face with a larger than
life jet. You can site there enjoy a drink watch
the sunset and enjoy the experience of watching
the planes land and take off.There is so much to
do and see here on this island, that to start
naming places would take all nite so here are some
sites you can visit. I only wish I could show
every visitor to my island the true beauty of it.
Not just the tourist route which hardly involves
true Caribbean Lifestyle, meaning what we as
locals do, where and what we eat and where we go
for entertainment.

Answer#3: Be cautious with your choice, some places in
Novemberbad weather (some may have hurricanes)!!!I
live in the Dominican Republic, it would be very
good for you girls, night life, and so many more,
but the weather could bebad ( not always!)Gilbert

night life, beautiful beaches, and more places to
explore than you can find.

Answer#5: I would try Belize from that list , my second
choice Puerto Rico.I have been to Dominican
Republic , Cuba , St. Marten and Mexico in the
Caribbean and liked St. Marten the best.
Answer#6: How about Cancun. VERY beautiful, reasonably
priced (depending on the hotel) and a lot of fun
night life!My husband and I honeymooned there.
