Question Description:
I plan on going on a cruise in may and i wanted to
know which would be better. a cruise on Norwegian
Spirit going to(New York, New York; Kings Wharf;
Tortola, British Virgin Islands; St. Thomas; New
York, New York) or royal Caribbean Liberty of the
Seas (Miami, Florida; Labadee, Haiti; Montego Bay,
Jamaica; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; Cozumel;
Miami, Florida ) ... royal carribeans a 7 day
cruise while norwegian is 8 days so im kinda

if you've been on one of them or both let me know
how it was. thanksi also hate flying so leaving
from new york is a big plus rather than taking a
train to florida.

Answer#1: You already answered your own question but I think
leaving from NY is a super idea. And I loved the
BVI and St Thomas. You will have a great vacation
because you won't have to fly and it's 8 days.
Bring lots of money. Shopping in St Thomas is duty
free. Make sure you go to the Baths on Virgin
Gorda.Enjoy your cruise.
Answer#2: I've never been on either of these ships in
particular, but I have been on Norwegian's
"Pride of Hawaii" and on Royal's
"Majesty of the Seas". I can tell you
I'll never take a Norwegian ship again. It was
dirty, smelly and the service and food sucked...
Do not take an NCL cruise. Look them up on
Crusecritics.com, they have a horrible
rating.Royal, on the other hand, was awesome all
the way around... http://cruisecritic.com/Edit: I just checked for
you on cruise critic and the NCL ship is pretty
well rated on there. It has an 89 out of 100.
That's not too bad.Liberty is a much larger ship
and it's brand new. Launched in 2007. It's so
new there are no reviews for it yet, but I'd take
that one
Answer#3: I would say the Miami one simply because the
Cayman islands are SO beautiful and lots of fun.
Also Jamaica is also a very nice place to stop. so
I would say that based on the stops on the cruise
I think it would be worth it to take the train to
Miami.
Answer#4: Miami for sure alot warmer down there
