Answer#1: Grenada is wonderful and still relatively not a
big destination spot. You might look at Costa
Rica. Again a beautiful island. I travelled to
both and had absolutely no problems and hope to go
back again sometime.
Answer#2: St. Kitts! Very laid back, non-commercialized
island. Lots to do or do nothing at all. The
island is beautiful and the people are very
friendly. St. Kitts is not Florida or the Bahamas
so if you go keep this in mind. It is also very
easy to island hop, if you like.
Answer#3: I would go with Curacao. It has great places to
stay, dine and lots of things to do. As an
American, I found that even though the official
language is Dutch, we were able to communicate
well. the waterfront in the capital of Willemstad
was so beautiful as you could sit, listen to music
and have a nice drink and view a beautiful
"European" city. The pontoon bridge was
also cool.
Answer#4: Puerto Rico

Answer#6: My First answer was Jamaica, Sandals just opened a
new resort called the Whitehouse on the south end
of the island, you may also want to try ST. Martin
only think i found it hard to get airline tickets
at different times of the year. the British side
of the virgin islands is very nice to snorkel.
here is another idea we rented a sail boat from
the a company called the moorings they are located
threw out the Caribbean and Florida, any way they
stock your boat with the food you want and will
even sail it for you and then dock it and leave
for the night, and return the next day. don't know
what the price would be as we sailed our selves's.
for what your saying i my self would still go to
Jamaica maybe in Ochios Rios area. you may also
try Aruba but again i myself did not care for it,
it was like a big desert and were we went the
shoreline was filled with trash, at least i can
say the people in Jamaica are were very friendly
and made us feel welcome. we also visited San Juan
and i hated it the water was nice but the people
were the rudest i have ever encountered.pushy and
pretended not to know English, until they wanted
money. no problem then. well what ever you decide
have fun. to me there is no better place than the
Caribbean
Answer#7: A great island to go to is Antigua(my g-pa's
isle), they have a Sandals there. Also there is an
island called Dominica(my dad's isle) they
nicknamed it "L'isle de nature" The
Nature Isle it is SOOO beautiful and they have an
all inclusive hotel, check expedia for the name of
it.
Answer#8: I'm originally from Curacao. They have a lot of
activities their. It's lots of fun.
Answer#9: Usually the resort Islands which tend to be either
English or Dutch. Too small to support a
population of any real size and dedicated to
tourism or a semi lucrative small industry like
fishing boats. These will tend to be quite
expensive. Anywhere else will be politically
unstable irrespective of the stats or communist or
semi communist entities. Too, it should be
considered piracy still does exist.
