Answer#1: this may sound nuts but call a travel agency they
can get you some of the best rates.but its well
worth it.but i do believe that as far as in
advance as soon possible is always best.call some
one in your area sometimes they do better than on
line services.hey do both call around in you area
and check online you never know.
Answer#2: The low price does not usually go any lower, so if
what you see looks like it is a good deal, grab
it.I just bought mine, yesterday for the end of
April. @ $54. each way...

Answer#4: The soonest possible. At least a week but a month
or two in advance is best.
Answer#5: a couple months to a year is best. the sooner the
better.
