Question #32: Should i go to Jamaica or Punta Cana?????
My husband and I and two other couples are planning on taking a trip in November and we r not sure where to go. We r not sure if it is even a good idea to go in November. If any one has any advice it would be helpful. We r thinking about breezes runaway bay or couples ocho rios in jamaica. If we go to punta cana we are looking at majestic, sunscape the beach, or melia. If any one has any opinions on any of these it would be greatly appreciated.

Answer: i would say Punta Cana its not as busy with tourists. i have been there twice its beautiful the second time we went we went to sunscape the beach, its was very clean, the staff was excellent, the beach is only a couple years old, and the nice thing about that sunscape u don't have other hotels near so Ur there by Ur self! November might be a little hot, but there heat is a lot different then ours. i don't believe that it would be rainy if it is then there showers last about 5-10 min.have fun remember don't drink the tap water, bottled water, water in restraints and ice cubes are fine. the food is awsome

Question #36: Bahamas, Jamaica or Mexico??
My Fiancè and I are planning a short 4-5 night vacation for late spring to somewhere in the Carribbean. I have been to the Bahamas several times (Atlantis and Cable Beach) but never to Jamaica or Mexico. We want something laid back, where we can lay on the beach and sip on frozen drinks all day. We like to gamble a little, but don't really do the club scene, although we don't mind the atmosphere. I also like some shopping/exploring, which I thought was a bit lacking in Nassau, but the beaches are the most important thing to me. Where should I go? I have listed the three suggestions because I know they are similarly priced but all suggestions are welcome. No cruise suggestions please, I have not had a good experience with them. Thanks!

Answer: Go to Jamaica you won't regret it.

Answer: I suppose both islands appeared about the same time. For general history facts and other items of interest, you can check the CIA factbook (see link below). This is generally a pretty good source of info and includes maps.
