Questions & Answers about Virgin Islands

Question #11: Anyone know a vacation island that is cheap and worth the trip? Maybe in the Carribean?Hawaii isn't that cheap
Is U.S. Virgin Islands cheap? Bora Bora? Jamacia? Bahamas? Recently went to Hawaii and airfare was $560 roundtrip from CA. Cheaper hotels averaged $100 a night per person for something nice. Gas/Food was same as CA. Any places just as nice but cheaper than that?

Answer: Dominican Republic is pretty cheap. You can get an all inclusive flight/hotel for 700.00.

We have 6 children between us so are looking to spend no more than $2000 for our honeymoon. Question #17: I'll be in the virgin islands this summer and I have some questions?
Okay, so I have done some research and I think there is only one place where you can be 21 and rent a car every other place you need to be 25. I know the reason why but it is so stupid, you can legally drive your own car but you cant drive someone elses, they should just charge people under 21 more. Anyways if you know of some locals who dont care about your age please tell me. Another thing is if I dont rent a car, I would have to have taxis set up before hand to pick me up from my house to drive me to wherever correct? Any other opinions on the whole thing would be great. I'll be 19 when i'm there walking is out of the question unless you really can just walk to where ever but if there long walks id rather have an alternative.

Answer: They have a great bus system in place now. Good Luck

Question #19: Best places to Visit in the Caribbean?
Not including the U.S virgin islands, can anyone tell me their preference in the most exotic, tranquil, naturally beautiful island in the Caribbean. My choice is St.Kitts/Nevis. It is very nice there, and the island still holds true to being a island which preserves its natural beauty by not being too developed. In Summer there is Music festival and in Christmas there is Carnival. Overall I enjoyed the Marriot in St.Kitts, the volcano, the rainforest and natural waterfalls, and taking the boat to Nevis and visiting the Four Seasons.Just wanted to know of another island that would be nice to visit.Thanks.

Answer: Puerto Rico

Question #20: What is the best most relaxed all inclusive resort in the Virgin Islands?

Answer: There are no "all inclusive" resorts in the USVI. You may be able to get a flight/hotel/tour package but most likely, you would be on your own for food, drinks, and activities. The Ritz, Bolongo Bay, and Marriott Frenchman's reef are pretty quiet and relaxed.
