Question #2: Looking for a good all inclusive hotel / resort in Cartagena, Columbia, SA.?
I want to try another All Inclusive Resort. I went
to Decameron Santa Marta, Columbia, SA about 6
months ago. It was a very good value for the price
( $110 / day or night ). The Staff was very
friendly & willing to help. The food was very
good. My only 2 complaints were :1. The floors of
the room were very dirty. Before I found it out. I
took oof my shoes & my white sock picked up
all the dirt off the floor. I should have call
them to take a mop to my room, but I didn't 2.
The room was also smelled very stale & musky.
Could have used some scented deodorizer & air
freshener.
Answer: try these hotels:Capilla Del Mar HotelCharleston

I'm looking at a Cruise or All-Inclusive Resort in
the Caribbean area for September. Does anyone know
of particular companies/packages/locations they've
had a good experience with? Also, any good
websites to go to for more information? I've done
an all-inclusive stay in Cancun but never a
cruise. Thanks!
Answer: Go to www.dobsonsvacations.com. Once on the site
check out the cruise availabilities and
all-inclusive packages. Sandals Resorts are
fantastic and they are all over the Caribbean.

Question #6: What is a very nice all inclusive Caribbean resort for two friends, one married girl and one single gay guy?
My single gay best friend wants to take me
(married) on vacation with him bc he just got a
good bit of money. We want to do an all inclusive
resort in the Caribbean. We both love to party,
dance and drink. So we are looking for a resort
that isn't all married honeymooners or full of
children. We also don't want to be around
teenagers bc we are in our mid 20's. I love the
Sandals Resort webpage but they say COUPLES ONLY.
Does that mean me and my gay friend are not
welcome? Not sure what that means. We are not
looking to hook up with anyone but we do want to
party. We want wonderful food, fun and
entertainment. We want beautiful beaches, lots of
restaurant to choose from and more then one or two
pools. Any help would be great!
Answer: I am half of a hetero-married couple. We went
with a group of other couples to Sandals, Negril,
Jamaica. It was the vacation of a lifetime. A
huge party and no you can't drink them out of
alcohol. We tried. We intend to make many more
trips back to Negril in the future. We are all 30
somethings. I doubt you have to be a married
couple to go to Sandals Negril. There is a
Beaches family resort about 1/4 of a mile down the
beach, but kids are not allowed to cross onto the
Sandals property. The only time we saw any
children at all was when we took a walk over to
check out that resort. You however can go to the
Beaches resort and use their facilities if you
would like. On the opposite border of the resort
is the Hedonism resort. Wow. Those people are
off the hook crazy. They would sometimes walk
down our beach, clothing optional (men and women).
There are so many activities to do on the resort,
you really don't have to leave. However, to
experience Jamaica you do need to get off the
resort. The food is good for a few days, but
everything on the island is spiced nearly the
same. All of the fish are warm water and does not
taste quite like what we are used to in N.
America. Never made it down to Ricks Cafe. That
is supposed to be a can't miss place. The pool
has activities, but more importantly a swim up
bar. For that matter there is even a Sandals
Resort lobby at the Airport with a serve yourself
beer tap. To shed light on the gay friend, some of
the resort hosts, at least two or three men, were
obviously gay. I mean flaming. They were the
best and most enjoyable of all the resort
employees. That is, with the exception of a
couple of the bar tenders. We party pretty hard
and spend most of our vacations in Las Vegas.
Jamaica is the best.

Question #9: Can anyone recommend a nice all inclusive resort, anywhere in the caribbean, for a group of friends?
A group of friends all age 25-30 are planning a
trip in april for an all inclusive resort in the
caribbean. We really don't care where in the
caribbean we go, but we are all single and want to
have a good time at a really nice resort. Can
anyone give me some recommendations?
Answer: My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the Iberostar
Paraiso Lindo resort on the Mexican Riviera Maya,
about 20 miles south of Cancun, and we LOVED it!!!
It was far enough away from Cancun to have that
remote get-away-from-it-all feel, but it was also
close enough that you could either take a cab or
rent a car and go into Cancun for anything you
want (including night clubs). The resort was
beautiful, the food was great (except for the
Italian restaurant) and the beaches and pools were
everything you would expect from a resort.
Iberostar has several resorts lined up
back-to-back in that area, and they vary in price.
We got a package deal through a travel agent. It
cost us $2,500.00 for a week, and that included
airfare, transportation to and from the airport,
and our stay at the resort.
