Question #1: Ideas for a family snorkeling/surfing vacation: Mexico, Carribean or Hawaii?
We want to go in the winter and we're looking for
a place that is authentic and charming...a real
village, as opposed to a manufactured high-rise
amusement-park-style resort. Does such a thing
still exist? We're leaving from San Fran, and want
to stay within roughly a five hour flight radius.
All suggestions appreciated!!!
Answer: I'm not sure about how long the flight to Barbados
is, but from Toronto, direct is a little over 5
hours.Barbados is known for its best surf,
snorkeling/scuba diving!

Want a nice resort, not too expensive, great
diving and snorkling.
Answer: Try four seasons in Exuma, Bahamas. Its affordable
am sure you would like it. Or try the Atlantis
Paradise Resort. Check the internet for both, if
you sign up for Atlantis newsletter, they will
offer cheap, cheap rates.

My family (2 adults, 3 kids-3,14,&18) are
planning on going to the caribbean in february or
april...whats a really nice island to go to for a
nice relaxing vacation? What are some good resorts
(preferably with an outstanding beach and a spa)
that aren't super expensive...and what time of the
year is best to go?We would love to go somewhere
where we can go snorkling or scuba diving and also
go shopping...

Question #4: A family friendly inclusive resort?
For the first time, we have to opportunity to take
our 3 kids (ages 10, 8, & 4) out of the US
during February for a vacation. What resorts do
you reccommend for a week long get away?
Answer: How about Beaches resort in Jamaica? It's all
inclusive and they have free nanny services so the
adults can have a little one on one time. Their
theme is Sesame Street so there will be lots of
things for the kids to do with or without you.
Look it up at sandalsandbeaches.com. Plus the
weather and water will be warm. You may be able to
get a direct flight which can be easier with kids.

Im planning my family's next year summer vacation
and im intruiged by Sandals:beaches resort for
families but im undecided which one to go to..we
was thinking about negril but then turks &
caicos look nice...im just not sure. Any info or
personal experience would be greatly appreciated.
Answer: the Atlantis in the Bahamas is fantastic for
families. So beautiful and tons and tons of stuff
to see and do!

My family and I are thinking about going to the
carribean either this summer, or next, and are
looking at the all-inclusive resorts. Any
suggestions would be great. We are also open to
any other vacation spots that have warm beaches,
and aren't too long of a flight. Thanks for your

much trash. No cruises. Just fly straight there
& stay for a week.

I have 2 daughters ages 11 and 13 and I want to
take them on a family vacation in the caribean. I
want a place that has lots of things for them to
do.

oriented. The have them in Jamaica, Punta Cana and
